Principal PMT, Clickstream
- DescriptionThe Clickstream organization is re-imagining its core data products for the raising paradigms of reasoning models and AI driven agentic shopping.We are remodeling our datasets and gearing up for the new age of AI driven insights .As a product manager you will define our strategic product vision and work with our software teams to deliver exceptional value on behalf of our broad internal customer base.Key job responsibilities
- Envision and define Clickstream technology and datasets that account for new interaction paradigms (e.g. agentic AI)
- Work with a team of engineers, scientists and product managers to define and execute a product roadmap that enables AI driven insights on top of our data
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs versus technical constraints.
- Assimilate a large number of inputs from stakeholders, develop cohesive designs and functional specs, prioritize and deliver them in a successful and timely manner.
- Clearly communicate goals, requirements, roadmaps, and timelines to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
- Demonstrate maturity, sound business and technical judgement; ability to influence and leadership is essential to success in this role. About the teamClickstream provides the backbone of traffic insights for Amazon. We build timely, reliable, complete, accurate, and relevant datasets detailing what Amazon customers see and do.Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience interpreting and communicating analytics Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
- Experience owning data-centric products

The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
