Client Strategy Lead | Amazon Ads
This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a bad-ass client strategy lead who can own relationships, think strategically, and keep everything from flowing behind the scenes. Most of our team are subject-matter specialists, brilliant in their own lanes. Right now, we're looking for someone to work directly with the founder to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

- We’re looking for someone who…
- Has legit Sponsored Amazon ads experience (DSP a huge bonus)
- Has led client calls and knows how to manage and grow client relationships
- Can think on their feet and talk strategy
- Is obsessed with clarity in communication, in decision-making, in outcomes
- Doesn’t need hand-holding, but does need context (and asks the right questions to get it)
- Has experience managing internal ops, systems, or account team structures, or is confident you could figure it out
- For bonus points…
- You’ve run or helped run a pod or team inside an agency
- You’ve built or cleaned up internal SOPs before and actually made them usable
- You’ve helped navigate team changes, tricky client convos, or overloaded systems
- You get excited thinking about how better systems = more time for high-leverage work
Requirements
- In this role, you can expect to:
- Take over client communications from the founder (gradually, but fully)
- Lead team syncs for a pod of account managers help drive results across those accounts
- Catch issues before they spiral (low conversions, rising ACoS, missed client updates)
- Work side-by-side with the founder to build internal clarity, cut friction, and scale sustainably
- Balance strategy, systems, and human relationships. All 3 matter, but we value people above all else
- Get deeply involved in the Amazon ad accounts when needed, but this isn’t an executor role
