I'm looking for a business strategy consultant to help us build a sustainable and scalable model. This is a short-term consulting role that may grow over time depending on fit and outcomes.
What You'll Help With:
Create a scalable and profitable pricing model
Build a cost/revenue structure for handling multiple clients
Set up smart client onboarding and qualification guidelines
Draft fair payment and contract terms (e.g., billing cycles, deposits)
Share best practices for service-based scaling (what to avoid)
Advise on lead generation and market positioning

Suggested pricing structure with profitability breakdown
Payment and contract policy templates
Client qualification checklist
Cost & revenue projection sheet (basic)
Lead generation roadmap for Airbnb property managers
Ideal Consultant:
Experience with pricing and service operations for BPOs or remote staffing
Familiarity with Airbnb or short-term rental space (a big plus!)
Proven track record of helping early-stage service businesses scale
