Airbnb Arbitrage Specialist for Corporate Leasing
I’m looking to hire a reliable and professional virtual assistant to help with a key part of my Airbnb arbitrage business.
Your main task will be:
- Finding rental property listings on platforms like Zillow (and others if needed)
- Reaching out to landlords/property managers
- Asking if they are open to a corporate lease arrangement
- Explaining the benefits of working with our company
- Getting them to say yes and moving them toward signing a lease agreement
What I’m looking for:
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Confidence and professionalism when messaging or speaking to landlords
- Some experience with real estate, Airbnb, or property management is a plus
- Ability to track leads, follow up, and stay organized
