Proposal Manager - II
- Description:
- Proposal manager leads the proposal process for federal procurement opportunities.
- Collaborate with market leaders and program directors to develop proposals.
- Manage schedules, organize resources, and ensure compliance in proposals.
- Mentor proposal coordinators and participate in industry trade organizations.
- Requirements:
- BA/BS in relevant field and 5-7 years technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years relevant AEC experience.
- Specific federal/government proposal experience and federal contracting vehicle knowledge required (FAR/DFARS, GSA, OASIS+, SF330, etc.).
- Prior experience creating proposals for the DoD and non-DoD agencies.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment, positively influence others, and develop strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, time-management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- You thrive working in a fast-paced, highly driven environment and can adapt quickly to changing conditions and priorities.
