This entry-level position is responsible for generating meetings for our Americas
Account Executives. You will help build the sales pipeline for Topcoder. As a leading
platform for enterprise crowdsourcing, assisting customers to achieve their digital,
innovation, and engineering goals. You will be asked to achieve account-based revenue
targets.
Utilizing Topcoder sales tools, the candidate will execute pre-determined
campaigns.
● Cold calling and follow-up calls to campaigns
● Work with Topcoder Account Executives to set meetings on their calendars
● Contact potential customers & old leads through cold calls and email campaigns
● Process-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
● Achieving set performance metrics around dials and meetings.
0-3+ years experience in calling cold leads and generating demand
● Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
● Naturally relational and articulate individual who thrives in human interaction
● Located in the USA
● Ability to qualify leads and turn them into meetings for the Account Executive
team
● Willingness to cold call and being persistent
● Passion for sales and a drive to be a successful addition to the team
