Bilingual Customer Support Executive
A company is looking for a Customer Support Executive, French & Spanish speaking (Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve customer issues and ensure swift response times, prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment and stay updated with new product releases
• Answer customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, and email, managing day-to-day client issues
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in online customer support, live chat, and calls
• Organized and able to multitask across different platforms
• Proactive and forward-thinking
• Assertive nature with the ability to represent the customer internally
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
