About the Role: Keyword Researcher for Amazon

 - Plan, coordinate, and oversee the inspection and testing of new and existing products to confirm their quality and compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
 - Organize and track product testing and inspection documents for all products, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring transparency throughout the process.
 - Conduct in-depth research for testing and compliance requirements of new and existing products, staying up-to-date with the latest regulations and standards.
 - Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues, ensuring prompt resolution in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
 - Develop or update product complaint and inspection procedures to ensure thorough capture, investigation, and documentation of complaints, continuously improving our quality assurance processes.
 
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product research and development, with a focus on compliance monitoring within the Amazon space.
