- Provide detailed information about health insurance plans, coverage options, and related services, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior representatives or specialized teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
