As a Senior Customer Enablement Engineer at blithequark, you will play a vital role in guiding our customers through their initial technical journey during onboarding. This is a remote position, and we are seeking candidates who reside in the EST time zone to support our customers effectively.

About the Role

As a Senior Customer Enablement Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive onboarding experience with our technical products and services. You will understand their unique requirements and challenges, and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Your role will enable customers to leverage our products thoroughly, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the technical expert who provides guidance, support, and training to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and unlock the full potential of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new customers through the technical onboarding process, ensuring they are fully trained and can effectively use our product.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise on blithequark solutions and best practices to help customers achieve value.
  • Offer technical guidance on in-depth use case implementation and help demonstrate the value of the product’s capabilities to advance product adoption and expansion.
  • Serve as a technical resource, resolving customer issues promptly and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Communicate effectively with highly technical customers and convey highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Collect customer feedback on product functionality and work with the product development team to implement improvements.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts, understand their ongoing needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base of customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with the support, sales, product development, and other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Expected travel under 5%.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical foundation, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of Linux system administration, virtualization, and networking.
  • Familiarity with mobile operating systems.
  • Scripting experience is helpful.
  • Self-motivated as a remote worker to effectively manage time and efforts to achieve performance goals.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and customer messaging tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the requirements, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working with virtualization platforms and security tools.
  • Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies.
