Part-Time Bookkeeper

You have a passion for ensuring accurate financial records and are seeking a flexible part-time role with potential for growth. The Opportunity: We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to start with 5 hours per week, with the opportunity to expand to 10 hours as responsibilities grow. We help clients achieve financial clarity, and we operate in a flexible, remote, and supportive work environment. What You’ll Do: • Phase 1: Categorize banking transactions based on historical coding. • Phase 2: Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accurate transaction records. • Phase 3: Record special journal entries, resolve discrepancies, and clean up accounts. Requirements: • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO). • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Previous experience in transaction categorization and bank reconciliation. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. • C1 Level English proficiency or higher.
