Entry Level Remote Recruiter - Work From Home

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team. The Entry Level Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates across various platforms. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in negotiation, talent management, and recruitment strategies while contributing to the growth of our organization. Duties • Screening and sourcing candidate resumes. • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and maintain accurate records. • Engage in cold calling and relationship management to connect with prospective candidates and build a strong talent pipeline. (100 calls/day) • Assist in the interviewing process by evaluating candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles. • Contribute to internal recruiting efforts and support executive recruiting as needed. Experience • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates at all levels. • Previous experience in sales or customer service can be beneficial for developing negotiation skills.
