Key Responsibilities:
- Introduce small and medium-sized business customers to 5G products and services, demonstrating the value of our solutions and driving sales growth.
 - Engage with customers through multiple channels, including in-store, digital, and outbound prospecting, to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
 - Mentor retail sales representatives to achieve business results and drive sales growth through the retail channel.
 - Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to address business problems and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
 - Conduct outbound sales prospecting and customer visits to grow the customer base and retain existing accounts.
 - Use sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
 - Three or more years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
 - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
 
Nice-to-Haves:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant certifications/college courses.
 - Outside sales experience, including outbound prospecting, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
 - Wireless sales experience and the ability to influence a team to drive sales results.
 - Excellent people skills, including influencing, negotiating, and conflict resolution.
