Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily FTP and EDI operations, providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless data integration
 - Set up and maintain client files, ensuring accurate data integration and effective process management
 - Respond to EDI inquiries from providers, vendors, and internal departments, delivering exceptional customer service and support
 - Ensure commitments to customers are met through effective communication, process management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
 - Perform additional duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Management, contributing to the team's success and growth
 
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
 - Minimum of 1 year of experience in FTP, EDI, or related work, with a basic understanding of FTP and EDI processes
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously, including Microsoft Office
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical support for EDI processes, with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
 - Familiarity with data integration and configuration settings, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation within processes
 - Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team
