As a GTM Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our growth and build strong legacies for our operating companies.
About the Role:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a wide range of GTM roles, including sales, marketing, revenue operations, and account management positions
 - Collaborate with ASG's Growth Team to develop and implement effective talent strategies across our portfolio of companies
 - Build strong relationships with key Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes
 - Utilize creative sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage high-quality, diverse candidates
 - Drive data-driven decision-making and maintain a high level of efficiency and speed in all recruitment searches
 - Provide exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring a positive and inclusive interaction with our brand
 
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
 - Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and experience sourcing high-volume, qualified candidates
 - Experience hiring for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and revenue operations, preferred
 - Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and experience working with high-growth startups or private equity firms
 - Demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates and Hiring Managers, with a track record of successful search management and closure
