Job Description: Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr • We're looking for a talented learning specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team in the Americas. • If Candidate are passionate about building engaging and rewarding customer learning experiences, then this role is for Candidate. • Candidate be responsible for designing effective and engaging sales curriculum across different modalities. • To achieve this, Candidate should have experience documenting learning requirements and performing skills gap analysis and discovery. • Strong communication skills are also essential as Candidate will be collaborating with sales leadership, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), technical teams, and the content development team within Client on project-by-project basis. • Review and analyze training requirements, as defined by the curriculum manager and stakeholders. • Define training objectives and outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders and SME's. • Define efficacy metrics for given enablement artifacts. • Conduct skills gap analysis with SME's and Stakeholders for the Sales (Account Manager and Sales Engineer) Organization. • Design detailed curriculum outlines. • Collaborate with instructional designers and/or learning engineers on storyboard development. • Perform content audits to ensure that produced content meets the defined objectives & provide feedback to the content development team. • Conduct regularly scheduled curriculum audits. • Perform peer reviews to ensure that content quality standards are met. • 3-5 years work experience as a curriculum designer, instructional designer or similar role. • Hands on experience with Learning Management Systems. • Excellent writing skills and experience in authoring formal content for a professional audience. • Strong problem-solving skills. • The ability to facilitate meetings with multiple groups of stakeholders and/or SME's • The ability to function as a creative self-starter and to work independently. • Experience working with and adhering to design standards. • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Flexible work schedule. Nice to Have: • Experience in the IT or Data Center industry. • Basic video editing skills. • Familiarity with the Articulate suite of eLearning applications, such as Storyline and Rise.
