This fully remote role is perfect for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who’s passionate about helping small businesses grow. The company empowers over 30,000 clients in the dental, legal, accounting, healthcare, and veterinary fields with cutting-edge marketing tools, website design, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social and content marketing, Paid advertising, and a client communication platform. What You’ll Do As an Digital Marketing Sales Consultant, you’ll be the go-to resource for your portfolio of active customers across the U.S. and Canada. Your mission is to help them grow their business through proactive account management, value-driven consultative selling, and strategic upselling of digital marketing solutions. Your Day-to-Day: • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers • Conduct 50+ outbound calls daily to assess needs, share solutions, and educate on best practices • Recommend and sell marketing services that deliver measurable ROI • Close 20 deals per month in a short sales cycle • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets • Serve as a subject-matter expert on products and the industries served • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success What You Bring • 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or account management experience • Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas in a fast-paced, competitive environment • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment • Strong business acumen and ability to translate needs into marketing solutions Why Join us? • Earning Potential: $81,500 OTE ($41,500 base + $40,000 commission) — with uncapped commissions • Career Growth: Expand your career with a proven industry leader • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S. – equipment provided • Onboarding Support: 3-month commission ramp-up to help you succeed • Great Benefits: 3 weeks of PTO, 11 paid holidays, 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, and more This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about digital marketing and looking for a company that provides career growth and a good leadership team.
