Required Skills

Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED is required; a CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• While prior experience is advantageous, we value enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in various child engagement roles (childcare, tutoring, coaching, etc.) is beneficial.
