We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
- Responsibilities:
- As a member of the Tier 1 Technical Support team, you will need to be responsive to front line customer chats, calls and emails and help prioritize issues based on their severity to ensure accurate and timely resolution
- Help troubleshoot basic technical and user error issues with web cameras, microphones, and our platform over the phone, chat or via remote access
- Remotely investigate technical issues involving firewall access, installing drivers, and user issues related to Windows and Mac
- Collaborate with school district IT Staff, individual home-schooled families and providers to ensure consistent delivery of our services
- Thoroughly document all client interactions within Salesforce
- Independently find solutions to previously unsolved problems
- Effectively triage and escalate problems to Tier 2 support when appropriate
- Respond to Provider and Customer billing questions
- Utilizing our Platform you will ensure the timely entry of new schools and students
- Fulfilling equipment orders for schools and students
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree/ Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
