    The Remote Service Center Representative acts as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with agricultural products and services. This role is responsible for managing service requests, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous support; all from a fully remote environment.Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
  • Process service orders and product requests using internal systems.
  • Coordinate remotely with field staff, agronomists, and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or ticketing software.
  • Assist with account updates, billing questions, and troubleshooting service-related issues.
  • Proactively communicate product availability, delivery timelines, and service updates to customers.
  • Educate customers on service options, pricing, promotions, and digital tools.
  • Support seasonal campaign efforts through outbound customer engagement.
    Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service rolet.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in remote work tools: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), VoIP/communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish/English) are a plus, depending on customer base.
