Location: Indianapolis, IN 46278
Duration: 1 Year | Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Start: On-site for 3 days, then fully Remote
Position: Service Center Assistant
Join our dynamic Customer Service Team and help support a best-in-class claims application process. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while building your career in customer service and claims support.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for customers, providing clear, professional communication and problem resolution
- Educate and guide customers on required documentation, timeframes, and claim status updates
- Accurately input claim data into internal systems
- Assign new claims to the appropriate team member
- Ensure customer calls are routed to the correct department
- Contribute to a positive, quality-driven service culture
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Knowledge of disability plan eligibility and claims processing is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general PC use
- Organized, team-oriented, and able to meet performance goals
