What You'll Do:

  • Develops and champions the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Finance Generative AI technology solutions.

  • Create customer journeys and identifies opportunities for Generative AI to improve that journey to drive customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including data scientists, engineers, designers, and peers to develop product strategies and definitions that address the varied needs of our finance teams.

  • Conduct market and technology research and analysis to identify and map customer needs and technology to drive innovation in the finance space.

  • Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions and continuously improve existing solutions

  • Builds and maintains customer connections and solicits customer feedback.

  • Manage and collaborate across the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and drive product adoption and success.

  • Create conceptual solutions during the ideation phase using tools such as Copilot Studio and PowerAutomate

What You'll Bring

  • Strong understanding and experience in Generative AI technology, including knowledge of the landscape and what's on the horizon.

  • Proven track record in product management, with experience in building and launching successful AI-driven financial products

  • Experience with product roadmap development techniques; roadmap presentation; roadmap features and artifacts

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive product decisions in the finance domain.

  • Knowledge of design thinking, journey mapping, and process optimization.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in the finance field.

  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and identify new opportunities for innovation using Generative AI technology in finance.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI technology and a keen interest in applying it to real-world finance problems.

  • A working knowledge GenAI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini, Copilot Studio and PowerAutomate

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 3-4 years of experience in product management

  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, data infrastructure, and scalable architectures

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in AI technology, or related fields, with a focus on financial data.
