As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions across Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Revenue Cloud. You’ll be responsible for both declarative and programmatic development, API integrations, DevOps practices, and automated testing. This role is ideal for someone who is highly collaborative, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in delivering clean, maintainable code that directly supports business growth.Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative automations.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce Connect.
- Implement test-driven development practices using frameworks such as Apex Test Classes, Jest, Selenium, or Provar.
- Ensure secure and efficient performance by applying best practices in governor limits, asynchronous processing, and platform security.
- Utilize DevOps tools for version control and CI/CD deployments, including Git, SFDX, and Copado or Gearset.
- Support data migrations and perform ETL processes using tools like Data Loader and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and automation tools.
- Strong experience in at least two of the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Revenue Cloud.
- Proficient in building secure, scalable API integrations using Named Credentials, OAuth, and External Services.
- Familiar with Salesforce licensing, scalability limitations, and system performance tuning.
- Demonstrated experience in test-driven development and use of DevOps tools such as Bitbucket, Copado, Gearset, and Jenkins.
- Ability to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to team best practices.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred; other certifications are a plus.
- Competitive base salary: $115,000 – $140,000 USD
