Pay rate: $19-$25 per hour plus $50/day on call stipend.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized On-Call Coordinator to join our team. This position involves managing and coordinating in-home care services during off-hours, ensuring that clients receive timely and high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to problem-solve efficiently, and a strong commitment to client and caregiver satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and families during on-call hours.
- Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet clients' needs promptly and efficiently.
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during on-call hours.
- Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver interactions and service adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with the administrative team regarding any significant issues or updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or related fields preferred.
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or customer service roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
This is a remote position.
