Job description: We're seeking an Assistant Territory Manager to drive sales and market growth for our commercial HVAC products. Territory includes West Coast and Central – California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North & South Dakota, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas, Iowa, and Minnesota. Desired Residence – Larger residential areas in SW – Phoenix, Albuquerque, Las Vegas, Denver, OKC, Wichita, etc, within 90 minutes of a major airport. You'll be responsible for expanding our reach, strengthening relationships with partners, and ensuring long-term success in your region. This role involves working with distributors, contractors, engineers, and OEM accounts to develop business strategies and maximize sales opportunities.This is a remote office role. Candidates must already live in the territory close to a major airport. Travel is expected to be 50%—60% at times. No relocation is offered for this role.Compensation includes a base salary + bonus (paid monthly).What You’ll Do: Grow Sales & Market Share – Build relationships, develop market strategies, and create business plans to increase product sales.
Partner with Key Players – Work closely with distributors, contractors, and engineers to align on product offerings and market trends.
Train & Educate – Provide training sessions and presentations to partners on product applications and benefits.
Identify Opportunities – Track major projects, new market channels, and specialty applications to expand business potential.
Stay Engaged in the Industry – Participate in trade shows, industry events, and professional organizations.QualificationsEducation – Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering). REQUIREDExperience – 1-3 years in outside sales or B2B management is a plus.Skills – Strong communication, strategic thinking, organization, and time management.Tech Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data analysis.Personal Traits – Self-motivated, outgoing, and professional in both appearance and approach.MUST ALREADY LIVE IN THE TERRITORY AND BE Authorized to work in the USAThis company has been at the forefront of innovation for several decades, setting the standard for engineered duct systems and component solutions.
