- 5+ years of experience managing customer service teams in a call center is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in SmartGrid, SharePoint, NICE InContact, and Max Agent
- Experience overseeing large teams is preferred
