Office or Off Site Live Chat Support
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team as an Office or Off Site Live Chat Support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through live chat on our website. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues efficiently.Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Monitor chat queue and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or support role preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in typing and navigating computer systems

Compensation Range: $55K - $60K
