Personal Virtual Assistant - Lifestyle, Organization, and Planning Support
I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Personal Virtual Assistant to support me in streamlining and managing daily planning, logistics, and digital organization. This is a part-time, long-term position (1-2 hours/day to start) with potential to expand.
Your role will focus on helping me stay clear, organized, and supported - across personal errands, digital systems, planning small group events, and maintaining daily momentum.
This is not a corporate admin or heavy business operations role. You’ll be supporting me personally and collaborating with my business assistant - through a blend of structured task tracking, light research, follow-ups, and coordination.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
1. Task & Calendar Management
- Maintain a personal task tracker (Google Sheets)
- Propose weekly plans, track daily progress, and update statuses
- Send daily updates with task status + gentle reminders
2. Lifestyle & Logistics Coordination
- Research and coordinate personal bookings (e.g., travel, wellness, home services)
- Manage personal errands: deliveries, returns, appointment scheduling
- Make occasional phone calls on my behalf
3. Digital Organization & Learning
- Organize folders, notes, and documents in Google Drive
- Create naming systems, summaries, and help keep my space digitally clean
- Help structure personal learning resources, classes, and references
4. Home & Environment Setup
- Support planning and organizing home or temporary residences
- Track household to-dos and service coordination
5. Small Group & Event Support
- Help coordinate small gatherings, workshops, or mentoring sessions
- Assist with scheduling, communication, and light material prep
6. Drafts & Templates (w/ AI Support)
- Prepare clean first drafts (lists, check-ins, communications)
- Use tools like ChatGPT when appropriate (training provided if needed)
