About the position
The Administrative Marketing Assistant (AMA) role is designed to support the General Manager and Project Manager with various administrative and marketing tasks. This part-time position involves both remote work and occasional on-site responsibilities, focusing on lead management, social media engagement, and project support in the residential construction sector.
- Responsibilities
- Contact incoming leads to qualify and schedule appointments ,
- Confirm appointments for upcoming leads ,
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned ,
- Create new social media posts 2-3 times per week ,
- Attend Home & Garden shows to assist in gathering leads approximately 6 times a year ,
- Occasionally visit job sites around the DFW area ,
- Place door hangers around existing jobs ,
- Work with Project Manager or Construction Coordinator to ensure yard signs are in place during construction at projects
- Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role ,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ,
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work ,
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ,
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of marketing principles ,
- Experience with social media marketing ,
- Understanding of analytics and email marketing ,
- Knowledge of product management and marketing automation
