We are looking for talented Airbnb Property Managers to join our team and oversee our portfolio of short-term rental properties. The perfect candidates will demonstrate a successful history of increasing occupancy rates, improving guest satisfaction, and fine-tuning property listings for maximum visibility.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily property operations
2. Post new properties on booking platforms
3. Manage guest communications and bookings
Requirements:
1. Candidates should be located exclusively in Europe, North America (U.S. or Canada), or South America (Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico).
2. An active Airbnb account is a plus
3. Experience in property management or hospitality preferred
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to manage guest inquiries promptly
Experience with other booking platforms is advantageous
