**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Answering Inbound Calls**: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing personalized support.
* **Capturing Information and Entering Data**: You will be responsible for capturing customer information and entering data into our customer service database in a timely and accurate manner.
* **Operating Our Customer Service Database**: You will be responsible for operating our customer service database, reading relevant call-handling instructions, and relaying messages to the appropriate resources.
* **Following Up on Calls**: You will be responsible for following up on calls with clerical duties, liaising with other departments, and ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
* **Providing Personalized Customer Service**: You will be dedicated to providing personalized customer service at the highest level, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
**Skills and Knowledge**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Previous Call Center Experience**: While not required, previous call center experience is preferred.
* **Customer Service Experience**: You will need to have previous customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
* **Utilities Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in utilities customer service is preferred.
* **Medical Office Setting Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in medical office setting customer service is preferred.
* **Education**: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
* **Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check**: You will need to be able to pass a criminal background check.
* **Competencies**: You will need to possess a reliable internet connection, a pleasant and friendly manner, a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette, basic computer navigation skills, quick and correct typing, and a positive attitude and passion for learning.
