Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year(s) customer service work experience required, contact center experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking skills
- Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
- Experience working in the fleet management industry or a related field
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
