About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading product implementation, building deep relationships with our customers, and identifying opportunities to expand our partnerships. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product implementation and onboarding for new customers, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our voice AI solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their success
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve customer success goals and objectives
  • Provide feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs and pain points

Preferred Qualifications

  • eCommerce CX expertise or healthcare software experience
  • Experience working with voice AI solutions or similar technologies
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
