Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.com, and experience with sales and customer service technology platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service best practices, with experience in using data and analytics to inform sales strategies
