About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our on-demand services. You will be working closely with our Operations team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, or other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our German-speaking customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations team to resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to clearly explain our services, policies, and procedures to customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Stay up-to-date with our services, features, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures, suggesting innovations and enhancements where possible.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction targets, response times, and resolution rates.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (C2 or native level) and English (C1 or C2 level), with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely in both languages.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality support and resolving customer complaints effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
