About the Role

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing top-notch service that exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, general issues related to internet purchases, and other concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process membership cancellations and ensure a smooth experience for our customers
  • Field inbound calls, respond to customer emails, and engage with customers through live chat requests
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the customer service industry, with previous call center experience highly preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Proficiency in navigating the internet and using various software applications
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changes, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including night shifts, and adapt to changing department needs
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
