If so, we want to hear from you! blithequark is seeking an experienced Manager of Customer Insights to join our Lowes Media Networks (LMN) team in Mooresville, NC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients optimize and grow their media investments, while also elevating their understanding of the blithequark customer. **Your Impact** As a Manager of Customer Insights on the LMN team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' businesses and the blithequark organization as a whole. You will engage directly with our top clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization, and develop strategies to drive growth. You will also work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies and develop test and learn plans. Your expertise in media performance reporting and data visualization will be invaluable in helping our clients make informed decisions and drive business results. **What You Will Do** As a Manager of Customer Insights, your responsibilities will include: * Creating annual strategic learning plans for the businesses you support * Leading Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients * Serving as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting for both internal partners within LMN and across the blithequark enterprise, and external clients and agencies * Synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments to grow business at blithequark * Regularly delivering these recommendations to both internal leadership (VP+) as well as external vendor-partners of all levels * Overseeing the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights * Telling data stories that support other key deliverables such as sales pitches and case studies * Overseeing omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregating all sources of insights to support other client-facing teams (e.g. sales and account management) * Partnering with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback * Integrating knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to blithequark's LMN Insights team and the whole of the blithequark retail media business, especially in key forums with leadership, to highlight the state of the blithequark customer. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative * 5 years of experience in insights and analytics * 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics * Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management * Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way * Experience with A/B testing * Experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * Experience in working with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * A Master's Degree in a related field (e.g. Masters in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA) * Leading teams and proven business impact * Experience managing global teams * Experience working in a retail environment * Working with analytic/research software (e.g. SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.) **About blithequark** blithequark is a FORTUNE 50 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
