**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, processing customs clearance and trade documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality results and exceed expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide impeccable client care and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Process and arrange customs clearance for shipments from various data sources, SOPs, duty books, web, and customs documentation
* Handle and process different import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and collaborate with participating government organizations (PGAs)
* Maintain and update all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements
* Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations and guidelines
* Work closely with internal staff, divisions, other blithequark activities, and clients to deliver exceptional service and results
* Process organizational financier shipments and manage distant filings
* Ensure adherence to all service and operational strategies
* Collaborate with clients, transporters, intermediaries, government organizations, internal staff, and management at all levels to achieve common goals
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
* No industry experience required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
* Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
* Required skills and software:
+ MS Office
+ Viewpoint
+ Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
* Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
* Organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Capacity to handle high volumes of work and time-sensitive tasks
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* HS Certificate or GED
* Industry experience in customs trade coordination or a related field
* Familiarity with various systems and reference materials
