As a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. You'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customer's insurance policies, providing exceptional service, and resolving complex issues with empathy and professionalism. With our comprehensive training program, you'll have the opportunity to grow within the company and develop a rewarding career in insurance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and process inbound calls regarding customer's insurance policies * Review and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and up-to-date information on policy coverage, billing, and modifications * Utilize system tools to search for answers and information, and navigate computer systems/data systems to resolve customer issues * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of insurance products and services to provide expert-level support to customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or GED equivalent * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role * Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field * Professional customer service aptitude, with a strong focus on empathy, communication, and problem-solving * Basic conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage emotions and show resiliency in stressful situations * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on self-motivation and accountability **Preferred Qualifications:** * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field * Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field * Strong knowledge of insurance products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in computer systems and data systems * Strong analytical and technical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate: $15-$19/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including: + 401(k) matching + Dental insurance + Disability insurance + Health insurance + Paid time off + Vision insurance * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * A dynamic and supportive work environment **Work Environment:** * Remote work arrangement, with the ability to work from home * Quiet and distraction-free work environment required * High-speed internet connection (5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload) required * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production **About blithequark:** blithequark is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, with a presence in over 45 countries and a team of 170,000 associates worldwide.
