As a Customer Care Agent, you'll have the opportunity to: * Work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences * Develop new skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Make a real difference in the lives of our customers and help create raving fans for blithequark * Enjoy flexible full-time schedules during our customer service hours of 8 am – 6 pm, Monday through Friday * Earn a competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after 60 days, plus quarterly bonuses and commissions on product sales **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with our team to develop new ideas and improve our services * Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and helpful advice to our customers * Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets **Essential Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications:** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Previous customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Familiarity with lighting industry products and trends * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities:** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
