Job Overview

Our Customer Care division of blithequark's Pharmacy Benefit Manager business is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in your area. We are looking for talented individuals who are interested in a flexible work schedule and live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to balance priorities in and outside of work while being committed to delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
  • Offer solutions needed to help simplify our members' health care experience through your skills and knowledge.
  • Learn more about health care while expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within blithequark.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV.
  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience).
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life.
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
