Job Overview

The Technical Support and Customer Service Representative - Remote (Night Shift) is a critical role that involves working from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, and providing technical support and resolution to routine problems and questions regarding our products and services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with blithequark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support and resolution to routine problems and questions regarding blithequark's products and services
  • Interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls, and/or via the Internet, to resolve issues and provide technical support
  • Build strong customer relationships by being responsive, empathetic, and proactive in resolving issues
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Utilize strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge of blithequark's products and services

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a strong focus on building customer relationships
  • Technical support experience preferred, but not required
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable desktop or laptop and high-speed internet connection
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to resolve issues
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Technical certifications or training in areas such as computer hardware, software, or networking
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English
