Job Overview

The Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our proprietary online platforms and tools. This position will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of legal documents, while also contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve issues efficiently
  • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and objectives, fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. While no experience is necessary, data entry experience is a plus, and tech experience is strongly preferred. You should also be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Desire and ability to be a team player, with a positive and collaborative attitude
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm, with high accuracy and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in data entry, legal document filing, or a related field
  • Advanced technical skills, including experience with online platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of the legal industry and relevant regulations, with a strong understanding of document filing procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
