**Join Our Team**
We're seeking a Bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner's Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day
* Processing phone payments
* Conducting outbound customer interview calls
* Communicating and resolving customer issues via online chat channels
* Resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan
* Meeting monthly productivity and quality goals
* Complying with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus
* At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio
* A minimum of two years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Working knowledge of Word and Excel
* The ability to master the use of our web-based system of record (LoanPro) – training provided
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as roles involve a combination of phone and chat communication
* Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
* Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude, with the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability
* A flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and punctuality
