Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide accurate information about the products and services offered by our automotive dealer clients, showcasing your knowledge and expertise in the field.
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Essential Requirements

  • You must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
  • You must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone, as this will be your primary tool for work.
  • You must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, which will take place from Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT.
  • You must be able to work five days a week, including either a Saturday or Sunday, as our customer service operations require flexibility.
