Key Responsibilities – Your Daily Impact

In this role you will perform the full spectrum of pharmacy‑technician duties under the regulatory authority of the state(s) you practice in, supporting the CarelonRx Pharmacist and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and patient satisfaction.

  • Prescription Fulfillment & Complex Case Management: Accurately process dispensing orders, handle claim adjudication exceptions, manage returns, reships, drug recalls, and resolve escalated patient or prescriber issues.
  • Member Education & Support: Educate members on pharmacy regulations, medication assistance programs, and benefit utilization, ensuring they understand their treatment options and costs.
  • Subject‑Matter Expertise: Serve as the go‑to resource for service‑failure remediation, workflow optimization within the contact‑center platform, and the prescription processing system.
  • Pharmacist Partnership: Collaborate closely with pharmacists to conduct patient outreach, resolve open issues, and facilitate seamless communication between prescribers, members, and the pharmacy team.

Essential Qualifications – What You Must Bring
