- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role, enabling effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
