Job Overview

In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for refining child support remittances in our State Disbursement Unit (SDU) system in accordance with standard operating procedures. As a key member of our team, you will also be tasked with performing various other duties as assigned, including data collection, analysis, coordination, and assessment. Your strong interpersonal skills, sensitivity, patience, and good behavior will enable you to work effectively with our team and provide excellent support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures related to child support remittance processing
  • Refine child support remittances in the SDU system with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Gather, analyze, coordinate, and assess data to ensure efficient and effective processing
  • Work collaboratively as a team member, while also being able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a private and dedicated workspace with high-speed internet connectivity to perform job duties

Requirements and Qualifications
