By joining us, you'll have the opportunity to: * Work with one of the top products in the customer experience industry * Collaborate with an experienced and international team that shares knowledge and is always looking for new solutions * Enjoy great development opportunities, including company-supported courses and conferences * Choose from a contract form that suits your preferences (B2B or contract of employment) * Enjoy remote-first work with flexible hours * Take advantage of 26 days off guaranteed in a year * Work 100% remotely or book a Regus coworking space in your city * Enjoy individual work tools, including a MacBook Pro, Dell screen, and JBL headphones * Participate in a sport & wellness benefit or its financial equivalent * Access a mental well-being program, including individual therapy sessions and resources for employees * Enjoy free access to one of the most popular e-book/audiobook services * Regularly attend integration events, including company-wide meetings and team events **Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Building relationships with our top clients in North America * Serving US-based clients with video calls in the PDT zone (9 AM to 5 PM) * Identifying client needs and deploying solutions * Conducting video training and showcasing new features * Driving adoption of our product and encouraging best practices * Identifying opportunities for growth * Overseeing a large book of business * Influencing retention, expansion, and churn rate for your clients * Creating automation and flows within our success software that supports your efforts * Reporting on activities and results * Collecting strategic feedback and sharing it internally * Creating impactful emails and outreach campaigns for your book of business **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Ability to cover the PDT zone (9 AM to 5 PM) from Monday to Friday * English proficiency at C2 level or equivalent * At least 2 years of previous professional experience in a SaaS customer success role * Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships * Great understanding of how to use and teach others to use software * Experience with customer success or sales tools (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, Salesforce, Hubspot) * Good understanding of industry-standard KPIs (churn rate, retention rate, net dollar retention) * Good understanding of customer experience tools and the industry **What's Next?** If you're excited about this opportunity, we invite you to apply.
