Experienced Employee Relations Manager - G&A, Global Corporate Employee Relations Specialist for a Dynamic and Innovative Company

Key Responsibilities and Expectations
The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing reactive and proactive work, leading the design, development, and execution of initiatives that enhance the employee experience, and providing expert guidance on employee relations matters. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading responses to critical ER/LR issues, including conducting workplace investigations and advising on challenging employee situations
- Designing and implementing proactive initiatives to improve the employee experience and promote a positive work environment
- Collaborating with ER and LR peers to gather subject matter expertise, compile data and insights, and provide strategy, guidance, and support to PXT leadership and the business
- Managing ER/LR escalations from senior business leadership, PXT, and/or legal stakeholders
- Working closely with the Principal, Global Corporate Employee Relations, and other stakeholders to achieve team objectives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- A base salary range of $114,600 - $189,500 per year, depending on location and experience
